This session will delve deep into how EU-funded technology can help Europe achieve its low carbon bioeconomy ambitions. This session will be held in conjunction with ProviDES, a research and innovation project within the Biobased Industries Initiative. It aims to develop Deep Eutectic Solvents (DES) to be used in a new, sustainable and techno-economically feasible pulping technology for wood. The session will be held as part of the final conference of this Horizon 2020 funding project.
